Great ways to detox your mind...

The mind is a powerful tool. It has both the abilities to keep us healthy and the power to make us sick. Mindset is everything and with a clear mind you can attain tranquility. These are some of my favorite things to do to declutter my mind by welcoming encouragement and inspiration into my space:

  • Exercise

  • Go for a walk

  • Meditate

  • Yoga

  • Listen to music

  • Practive mindfulness

  • Take a bath

  • Breathe (many of us forget to do this!)

  • Write in a journal
